Klose One
Klose One was raised in North and West London. Getting into music at a very early age collecting vinyl age 11 and acquired first decks age 13. From day 1 he has always had a very diverse interest in all dance and bass music, starting out mixing house and garage quickly being followed by Drum and Bass, Hip-Hop and due to the heavy Jamaican and West Indian culture of his surrounding area and a close proximity to Labroke Grove and the Notting Hill Carnival he has a strong Reggae and Bashment influence. Klose got his first break in 2002 playing radio station Y2K, followed by a long standing slot on legendary London pirate station Itch FM where he worked with pretty much every name in the british Hip-Hop scene.
Now over 14 years from the start Klose One has developed a very unique style of mixing and with a thoroughly eclectic variety of tunes dished out with amazing energy and effortless mixing. He is now head spinner at the Urban Nerds parties and has played shows all over the world including the US and at many major festivals.
Klose One is currently standing behind a set of decks in his bedroom or playing in front of a crowd.
